Who
we are
Guided by the mission to Feed the Region and end food insecurity in Northwest Indiana, we provide weekly take-away family-sized meals for anyone who could use a hot meal made with love. We make sure that no food is ever wasted. Left over meals are frozen for pickup through out the week.
Knowing that the best way to sustain a valuable community project takes, well, a community, each meal is lovingly donated by neighbors and prepared by volunteers from The Region in a safe, clean, joy-filled space.
Each meal is hand crafted to be delicious and full of whole food ingredients. The meals rotate each week and are prepared fresh on site. Meals are group-sized and we encourage them to be shared as widely as possible.
Neighbors of all skill levels, ages, and time commitments can get involved. Whether you pick up meals for neighbors, donate ingredients, or come and cook with us each week, there is a space for you. Please learn more below to see how your talents can help us all Feed The Region.
